We take the stress out of owning your own camper van and ensure that you have a comfortable, relaxing, hand crafted home on wheels for you to enjoy. Our ethos is to help you discover the beauty of our countryside, like here in the West Country.
Every care is taken to ensure that our affordable, quirky vans are fully equipped for your needs, including; solar powered energy, cooking and washing up facilities, heating and comfortable chill out space/sleeping areas.
Wild Campers gives you a connection to the great outdoors, by hiring one of our quirky vehicles you can enjoy our green glamping site, for free on the handover day, to enjoy the benefits of our beautiful local river Otter where you can relax to the sound of our bubbling river where these secretive creatures can be found. This includes a welcome hospitality pack of local produce and a real connection with our community.
We are a low environmental impact venture, seeking to achieve a natural equilibrium with our surrounding nature. This is achieved through our investment and care for the local eco – system through growing, nurturing and respecting the world around us.

The Squid
“The Squid” – our mythical creature will lead you to discover new depths in the many nooks and cranny’s of the countryside. The van is stylised to vintage appeal, everything is individually sourced and hand crafted, with a beautiful wood burning stove to keep you cosy throughout all seasons.

“The Seahorse” – our newest addition to the Wild About Campers crew. Transporting you in comfy style wherever you choose to go, be that fossil hunting on the local shores, surfing the waves of the west coast or enjoying the amazing local wild life at our riverside retreat.
